First week success!

I am so pleased I have managed to loose 2.5lbs in the first week! It was our one year anniversary as well so I let go a little bit at the weekend. I haven't really started hitting the excercise hard yet so I'm hoping for big things next week when I do! I'm starting a blog soon too which I will share on here. It's great to read peoples posts on here and see other people in similar boats. X
