Can you identify what set you off? If you can work that out, find a solution to either fix the trigger or avoid it, then you should be able to get yourself back on track. Accept your next weigh in won't be the best and write off this week as a learning experience. We've all been there, it's not the end of the world, you can move on from this :)

Best of luck getting back on track :)

I've had this too. Sounds like you've just rebelled against whatever it is that helped you lose weight & it's like your body just wants to eat anything & everything just because it can. Take it easy, don't beat yourself up, & carefully remind yourself of all the reasons you made changes in the first place,& how good it makes you feel to continue eating healthily.

Thanks guys just need to get my head back in it I will be wearing a bikini next summer on my holiday to florida

Just think how miserable you will feel if you put that 3 stone back on...which unfortunately is what will happen if you keep scoffing.

Put that all behind you and get back on the diet! We all have setbacks, we wouldn't be human otherwise! New day, new start!

Allow yourself to have a day of mistakes but don't let that derail you. Amazing weight loss and really well done. I lost 4 stones a couple of years ago and let it slip back on, I'm bigger then ever now, so keep tight hold to what you' em achieved, well done!

Here's a useful little link to the 5:2 Diet youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A which is really effective and very easy to follow. It's based on a fantastic BBC Horizon programme which aired in August 2012 called "Eat, Fast and Live Longer" bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episo... and it honestly changed my life. I do recommend you watch it and be inspired! It is said to also reduce the risks of cancer, diabetes and dementia.

I lost three stone in six months up to April 2013 and have kept it off since then by just 'fasting' one day a week, but I know of people who have lost masses more. I'm going to do it for the rest of my life. I'm 64 and I've never been so slim or so fit and healthy! With any previous diet I lost the weight, stopped counting calories, and piled it all back on again and more.

If you have any further questions please do get in touch with me.
