I can't believe I have lost 37lbs so far. Started at 14st 7lbs now I'm 11st 12lbs. Never been this weight for over 16 years. still motivated to get down to at least 10st

What do you do?! How many calories do you eat and what exervise do you do? You're my inspiration!
1400 to 1500 and not much exercise but i am always rushing a round at work on my feet all day
