Hi everyone! just joined today and looking forward to keeping motivated and losing the weight. I am getting married next summer so its given me the kick I need to get my butt in gear and do something about it.

Just now my target it so lose half a stone. Ideally I want to lose 1st 7lb but for now i am setting my self realistic achievable targets. I have joined the gym and go to boxercise, zumba and i am about to start body pump.

Can anyone recommend any other classes that may benefit me better?

Those classes sound great! Enjoy the programme! I just started running when I started this programme. I think anything is great if you dont overdo it.
