hi all just joined and am desperate to loose weight need encouragements been trying and failing by myself any advises?
Hi there I have just joined the community too, just remember to have faith in yourself, you can do it. Think a little deeper as to what has been holding you back. It has helped me a lot to write down my reasons for losing weight and refer to them several times a day. It is also important to give yourself credit for the small things that you do towards a slimmer you, ie resisting temption or doing a little exercise, it builds your confidence so much. My advice is to use the 12 week NHS plan, then plan your meals & calorie count them, don't get too hungry, use smaller plates and if one day you eat too much, don't let it put you off but get back on track next day.
Once you start to feel and look better, that will be plenty of motivation to carry on.
