Hi christine-smith20, that is a good weight loss, well done. Losing it a little at a time is the best way to lose weight. Keep going, keep smiling and remember the hare and the tortoise! :D

That's really good! Keep it up! You'll notice it will start coming off once you get used to it! I lose 2lbs a week but every little helps :)
