Hello everybody, I attended a funeral for my mother's friend today, which has messed up my meals a little. I didn't eat enough for lunch as I had to go to the crematorium with my mother. I had a regular supper, not half as much that I'm now used to. I hope I didn't gain weight. I went for a little walk this evening, but I walked only 4215 steps.
Good on you . Snacking can be a pain as its amazing how many calories are in a couple of biscuits ! If I have a treat try to make sure it is 100 calories or less . I love walking my dog too and your right its keep portion control in check that matters . Don't forget that you will be losing inches too .
I couldn't walk a lot today as I had to buy a traveling bag. Even though I didn't snack, I ate 4 short rolls of salmon sushi for supper. I hope I didn't gain weight ! I'll go to Okinawa for OJT 10-13 June. I'm glad I landed a job in this tough times, but I hope it won't rain hard there.
