Since last year after a health check and being told I had high blood pressure I have been working on getting fit and health. Changed my eating habits albeit at times do fall of the plan. Feeling fitter and weight is coming of very slowly. However the belly fat is still there and so hard to move. Its that old scenario you look at yourself in the mirror, breathe in and its looks good, breathe out and there it is.. the dreaded overhang. Help - Any ideas folks.

Unfortunately we can’t pick and choose where we lose fat from Keayma but I think it’s important to remember that women are supposed to be rounded, curvy and feminine 😊 Very well done on the changes you hve made to your lifestyle, the C25K and improving fitness. Good health will shine out of your face 😊
I have a real issue with air brushed and computer corrected images and photographs of celebrities with their supper slim bodies and flat stomachs, they aren’t real! What are we doing to ourselves and our daughters?
Keep up the good work Keayma, you are doing a fabulous job 😊
Hi Keayma I dont think this really does go but with good eating and exercise you will get it down. But as IndigoBlue61 writes women are meant to have those feminine curves. Keep up the good work and have a great day
Hello Keayma and welcome.
Try not to let it bother you. We all gain and lose weight in different places.
You sound like you're making good steady progress and if you stay relaxed and carry on as you have been, I'm sure you'll see positive changes.
Its slow progress but I intend to keep going. Thanks for the support.
