I was going really well & reached week 3 but had to stop for 3 weeks - do I go back to week 1 or carry on with week 3?

The fact you're raring to go, hopefully you're already doing something towards your weight loss journey - I would imagine you could continue from week 3, but I'm not sure if that's what others on the NHS 12-week plan would do - I've not actually followed that plan, so I can't advise you - but I do think that you would have learned from the first 3 weeks and could therefore build from that? I'm sure someone will offer some helpful advice.

So what have you decided to do? Are you continuing from week 3, or have you gone back to week 1? Maybe people aren't sure what advice to suggest to you. I guess it depends on how you feel really - whether you feel you can remember the advice of the first 3 weeks and add to them by starting week 4, or whether you feel like starting afresh?

Hi lowcal, how are you doing, I have been reading your advice to others and thy are really helpful to me to.You really sound a lovely careing person.I cant wait to weigh on Monday. although ive been good I don't feel as though ive lost any weight But I do feel mch better being in control. Just worried about the weekend as im addicted to chocolate.But I will try knowing I have to weigh on Monday. So HAPPY EASTER be good until Monday Rose51

I hope the weekend is going ok so far for you. It's a challenging weekend being Easter, as there are so many chocolate treats and Easter cakes etc around - but the fact you're feeling more 'in control' is a great sign and also knowing that we'll be weighing in on Monday is also a great motivator.
Let's hope it's a positive weigh-in, but whatever happens, it will hopefully spur us on to future weight loss.

Hi Lowcal. isn't going very well at the moment ,although I could be worse. I lost it big time yesterday. It really helps to know that im not on my own .So if ive stayed the same I will be lucky, but I will be really trying harder next week and will be 100% So until tomorrow be good (unlike me) Rose51

Yesterday is gone now and today is a new day, so try to have a good one today! I imagine that most people will be finding it harder to avoid temptations on an Easter weekend - so we are all in the same boat so to speak.

Hi Lowcal sorry to hear about your weight gain, but you know the reasons. So when you get back to your healthy eating you know that it will soon go again.I weighed in last Monday16st 4lbs this Monday I weighed 16stone 3lbs, I was lucky to have lost a pound ,but also very disappointed because I knew I could've done better,but on the other hand I could've been worst.I was in denile about EASTER So im starting off properly tomorrow (FINGERS CROSSED).
