Hi, i'm 31, 5ft 7 weighing 15st 3, have already lost 15lbs since christmas and have come to a bit of a stand still over the last couple of weeks, so thought i would sign up to here

Well done on your weight loss so far, that is very good and you will be feeling so much better for it! Are you using the 12 week plan on the NHS website or some other way? Most people plateau for a while and sometimes it needs a change in what we are eating or an increase or change in exercise. Have you considered c25k if you are not already running. Difficult to know what to suggest without knowing a bit more about what has worked for you up to now.
