Hi Charley65 and naor ,
Welcome to you both! Have you seen our Welcome Newbie post yet, which moreless has put together? Here's a link if you'd like to have a look:

You'll find lots of buddies here - it's a great community - friendly and supportive. We have a weekly weigh-in group too on Mondays, so do have a read of the latest link, which is in the Events section (right-hand-side of the homepage, about half-way down the page) as well as our various Pinned Posts (just above that).
Hope you see you both around and about in the forum, and hope you'll join in and enjoy participating.
Good luck with your weight loss journeys!

Hi I just joined weigh 12st 6 and need to get to at least 11st. Did a gym class this morning that nearly killed me
Hi Bettyboop64 I have just joined this group, I have struggled with my weight all my adult life. But at 65 I honk it's time I sorted it once and for all! I have been on steroids for 10 years for a lung condition which doesn't help. But my consultant has told me I must get it under control. So that's what I am going to do. How are you getting on. I have lost 2 pounds this week. Onwards and downwards😊
Hi All I haven't been around at all I surpose I have been hoping the weight loss thing would go away but as we all know it just gets worse. So here I am head out of the sand Doctor on my back and about 8 stone to lose so today is a new day and I want to mean business by getting the weight off once and for all even though I have said it before I really need to do it for my health and for me.
you sound exactly like me! That is a great attitude to start with, just take it stone at a time. We can definitely encourage each other on the way! I find visualising the benefits along the way always helps, new dresses, better health, energy, compliments etc..
