I have a treadmill at home but when I get back at the end of the day, it's the last thing I want to go near. I really want to lose the wobble but I have no motivation whatsoever. I'm 5'7, 157lbs with a bf% of 29 and I just can't be bothered! I really want to get into shape but I am struggling massively :/ what are your tips to start/stay on track?!!!!
Please help! I'm desperate to care! haha

If im short on time i try to fit exercise into my day in 10 minute bursts..so for example you could have 10 minutes in the morning on your exersise bike, then a,10 minute brisk walk at some point during your day, if you drive to work could you park further away and then walk the rest? Could you take the stairs instead of the lift? Also finding an exersise that you enjoy is the key i think, for me its dancing, trampolining and swimming. I also have an exersise bike..that is gathering dust in the garage! Lol
You can do it, getting started is the hardest part. If you are using the treadmill make sure you have some good music and then it doesn't seem half as bad, I have to admit when I was working I would find a good programmed to watch as a distraction. The nights are getting lighter now so go for a walk and get some fresh air. Whatever you do dont beat yourself up, and try to plan it into your evening. KEEP GOING If I at 176lb and 5'3" can do it I know you can. Can now do 5k in 32 mins.
Have you tried using the treadmill whilst watching tv in the night time? I've found that the tv distracts me away from thinking about the fact that I am riding static bike at the same time and before long I've finished my workout. It's just a thought, but it might be worth a try for you.
Do you actually like using the treadmill? If not, perhaps it is not the time of day that is the problem it is trying to motivate yourself to do exercise that is boring and not enjoyable.
I really hate treadmill running and have done it only twice in the last year. But I do go on a 10-15k run every weekend, usually in the morning, which I really enjoy and I have no problem making the time to get out. Today I got up early to do some yoga before work, which was fun and relaxing. I also go to the gym two evenings after work each week to do strength training and use the pool. So, any time of day is fine for me so long as it is something I actually want to do I've seem other people post about going to exercise classes, dancing, walking, youtube fitness videos. Find something you really like and it should be less of a struggle.
I do my exercise at night hate exercise during day and most of all hate morning exercise could never get up and exercise. Your body isn't ready to exercise then it needs time to wake up and I feel morning exercise is wrong. Works best for me at night after I have eaten everything I will eat for the day and I burn it off and keep it off and maintain my weight I am only size 8 lost weight 6 years a go nearly and maintained this size ever since. I exercise 6 days a week with one day off for rest. Mix of using a rowing machine I have power walking / jogging and walking my dog three times a day. I lost weight without a gym just used a rowing machine my Dad had that was never used it was just about brand new only used twice mixed with power walking and jogging. You can loss weight with a gym people think you can't but you can. I have never been to a gym in my life and have lost weight and maintained it. I would say night exercise works best for me and I keep weight off and maintained.
