So no weight off but no weight gain. Its been a very yoyo week and lost my routine completely due to one thing or another but i'm back on track as of today for next week- determined to get those scales to say 11 st 13-maybe if i balanced on one foot?
Funnily enough though im enjoying the couch to 5k- added onto the dvd i do so I get a good mixture. My other half tried to do the workout with me (in total with dvd n couch= 60 mins) he lasted 10 minutes which made me giggle..but secretly made me feel good cos i was a proper little couch potato so it's nice to see the stamina building up.
