weightloss week 1

wow started at 90.8 stuck to the recommended daily amounts approx 1900kc now 89.5 so a loss of just over 1 kg. rather than join the gym i thought i would start to walk (2 miles) there and back and save money to start with.

Great start! And well done to you for walking to the gym and back - I don't have a car so I walk everywhere, I wear a Fitbit and walk over five miles a day. If it's too nasty to go out then I do the Leslie Sansone walking videos on YouTube which are great.

Well done, don't feel you have to join a gym there are loads of "free" ways to get fitter. I belong to the gym because I love classes, however I walk to and from work, if that's not possible then try parking further away or getting off the bus a stop early,exercise with a purpose is good

thanks i have my own business that involves a lot of lifting (bathrooms and belfast sinks ) but alwasys lik free ways to get fit

Great start keep up the good work, I also have a pedometer and try to ensure that I reach 10000 steps a day minimum, it helps encourage me to take the longer path rather than the short cut and it all helps .wekl done
