Yes, that's about how many times I've oui'd today SO FAR! Does anyone else oui lots when they start healthy eating? I'm on about a third of the calories I consumed, and I guess there's far less bulky food in me to divert the oui, so it goes straight a la kidneys. Need to buy shares in kleenex velvet! Apologies to anyone sensitive out there.

hahaha! that took me a little while to get, made me wonder why healthy eating gave you Parisien tendencies!

But ohh yes, I try to hold it in for as long as I can, I guess it all adds towards adding extra steps during the day ;)

Thanks Laila, what a positive spin on it. I will remember now that it's extra activity. Brilliant! Reckon yesterday a good 1,000 steps. Just think of that Kristabell, even more steps for you. Thanks for your replies.

Hi Pocketvenus

As far as I understand food does not divert urine, so cutting down on food should not mean you pass more urine. However if you have increased the amount you drink you will pass more urine. If it carries on, it might be a good idea to check with your GP, in case you have something like a kidney infection.
