I started tonight and am now wondering where I go from here.
I need to loose 3 stone and get my health in order and hopefully be in less pain and start to enjoy life again. I'm looking forward to going on this journey with you all instead of doing it on my own.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Hello X Saying no to snacks. Smaller portions of food. Healthy food. It's a long track but when you start to feel lighter you'll start getting around better. Excersize really is the key. If you can gradually do both you will loose weight. Get a good pair of trainers comfortable sportswear. I joined a tennis club and go for walks in the forest where I live From little acorns. So please pace yourself as it will be tough to start with but gradually the aches and pains you feel at the start will go away as your joints will become supple again. I cant believe I've gone from a 20 to 16 in six weeks. Good luck and NEVER give up!
