First Time that Ive seen results

Ive been on the nhs weight loss plan and Ive nearly lost a stone in 7 weeks. This is the first time Ive got results from not dieting and just counting calories. And the best bit is I can now see my toes. Ive still got a long way to go and I expect I will have some ups and downs but if I can do it then you can. Its all about baby steps.

Well done - you must be feeling really pleased with your results and should be proud that you've stuck with it. Good luck and hope you reach your target :)
