Glad to say I have come to the end of week 1 and have lost 4lbs! I have been out walking for the last 4 days intending to do 30mins and have exceeded that every time, 1-2hrs we live in a very hilly area so have included walking the hills. Although I thought I was going to have a heart attack at one point. It has already got easier. Here's to week 2
