I'm doing Ok this week despite the dip in mood in Monday. I've been out for a run twice and am about to get on the trampoline. However, tea didn't happen so I grabbed a McDonalds wrap on the way to the sports centre. I really didn't enjoy it and am feeling SOOOO guilty now!

This is why planning and routine can be paramount in these circumstances so you can avoid having to make food decisions under pressure or whilst hungry, as long as it does not make you "Fall over the wagon" then don't feel bad about it try to move on. Not sure if you were aware or not but you can get a quite light meal in McD's which is the Grilled Chicken Salad with a Light Ceasar Dressing, which was always my backup/emergency option if my Son wanted a treat.
just draw a line under it and get back on track.
Great that you are fit enough to go out for a run, well done . Just think of the McDonalds being a blip. I know what you are saying about not really enjoying it. Sometimes i do things like that and think......why did i eat that i did not enjoy it''but it is convienent at the time
Thanks everyone - at least it was only a wrap not the XL Bacon double cheeseburger! I felt like I needed something ahead of trampolining training which went really well - I had such a buzz after doing somersaults for the first time! The good news is that the McDonalds did not result in weight gain. But won't be hurrying back.
I know just how you feel. I have decided that my once a week treat of a Maccy Ds egg muffin and hash brown on a Friday will still be part of my food. I have saved the calories each day from my allowance to be able to affords it in my food diary. Fortunately I am off work today and next Friday and so I won't be having it. 447 calories! OMG lol
