Back on the wagon again...

After an ok start to my weight loss (6lb in a few weeks) I stalled - again! So, I decided to have a few weeks off just eating sensibly, especially as it is a hectic start to a new term with lots to get ready and 27 new names to learn, along with all the other craziness that goes with working in a primary school.

Whilst doing this 'maintenance' I gained a pound - not too shabby really.

This week I am back on the proverbial wagon and have already lost that sneaky little pound and another half pound to boot! I think the increase of my thyroid medication is helping. I'm certainly feeling a lot better. Now to lose the other, not-so-small, 70 pounds! I'm ready for the challenge...
