First weighing..... Gulp, hope I don't see that number again! Porridge and banana for breakfast with semi skimmed milk, all logged on mfp. Running Phone arm band ordered on amazon! Now how to get the couch to 5k downloaded on to my iPhone, it doesn't seem to like it. Anyone else had this problem? What other app are people using?

It's fantastic how focused you are, you're a great roll model for any other newby who reads your message.
Keep focused but don't set high goals, 2lb per week is plenty to loose and you'll keep it off. 2lb a week over a year is 7st 4lb or 44.8kgs!!!
Setting big goals are difficult to achieve and when you don't meet your goal you loose confidence and start to eat the wrong things and back to square one or even worse put more back on!
I'm not sure how to download the app but if all else fails contact them direct, they will be able to talk you through it.
