Hi everyone I'm 5'10 and close to 15stone and now I am desperate to loose weight! Which are the fastest ways to loosing 4stone?
I did the jason vale 7 lbs in 7 days , it involves juicing for seven days we both lost 7 lbs which we haven't put back on and i have lost more weight since i started eating again , so i am concidering doing it again next week i felt amazing on the diet , was never hungry and it was a great detox ,i no longer crave sweet things and dont think about snacking . There is also an option to do 30 days on this diet poss 28 lb
hi you dont say what age you are, there are no fast fix, in January i was 15st 8 today i am so far down to 13.5 i did this by making my own food bought more fruit and exersize at gym five time a week at weeks ends i eat normal,in 6mnth i have not had any takeaway foods or ready meals this is the only way go to your doctor you can get a referral and help this is what i did,it is the best way to loose it and keep it off in the long run hope that helps
My suggestions would be to find a activity you enjoy doing whether it be gym, swimming dancing or even walking etc. Something you will want to stick to. I would also recommend a lower calorie intake of around 1400 calories. I would strongly advise against going on any extreme diets/ especially which asks you not to eat or juicers people may get results from these but most of what weight they lose will be there lean muscle mass and not fat. I've achieved great fat loss from just walking, light weights, wii fit and eating better, hope this helps and wish you luck on your weight loss journey.
I've used nutracheck for my weight loss journey which has always given me at least 1600 calories a day. Combined with exercise which I now love
Hey!!!i have done the Cambridge weight plan several times although very effective (lost 4 stone in 4 months) i put this back on and more as I hadn't learnt the importance of portion control or 'unhealthy' food or even exercise!!!after another 2 week stint in a vlcd I have decided to drop the 'quick fix' as its really not in the long run and am following te nhs diet plan thing and having. 1400 calories a day which I track in my app on the phone, also doing tr couch to 5k podcast 3x per week and started a bootcamp in my local gym?week 1 I haven't lost any lb (probably because the week before I was only on 450 calories on a vlcd) but I hve lost 4 inches from my waist!!! Also feeling I have a lot more energy and loving the exercise!actually wanted to go for a run on Sunday!i have never wanted to do anything in my life!!!so for me it's been about beating the demons in my head telling me I need to lose a certain about of weight in a short time and actually learning to love myself te way I am and realising the this journey is going to take a lot longer than 6 months its going to be a lifetime of a new me and a new healthy living!!!sorry for the long post!!!
