Hey all.
Completed my first week , losing 2lbs but no inches as yet. Feeling better, more energetic and skin and eyes look clearer. Only went over 1400 once, been between 1000 and 1200 mostly and am really surprised at how used to it feel, not craving certain things since the first day and not feeling hungry. Thanks to you all for your inspirational posts and positive and helpful replies to mine.
