Just finished the first week and have lost 2 pounds, am starting couch to 5k tomorrow.

Good luck Crochety! Couch to 5k is a great next step, make sure you go for the podcasts rather than the less musical app, if you can find it okay. And be sure to post after your run to tell us how it goes :)
