hi all I completed my first week with a 5 pound loss and 9 miles clocked up on my walking app , I had chocolate and a small glass a wine most days so really pleased and motivated for week 2

Well done tillybobs. o managed way more than I'd thought, 7.5lbs! Was sticking to 1400 kcal a day and managed to sneak in a G& slimline T on several days with my other weakness...kit Kats! I tried Pilates for the first time and yesterday I joined the gym!!! Week two well underway but I have three meals out this week. One is usually unheard of but three!!! As these things often do, everything comes along at once! Going to be a bit naughty and try to survive all day on with just having a banana and feast at night. No option of picking the better menu as it's been done for me :/
