Day one diet restart

So far so good. Went to the outdoor gym n walked home. Choicegrain crackers for breakfast. Banana apple and grapes for snacks jacket potatoe for lunch and an egg tortilla wrap for dinner. Now feeling tired n will see what happens tommorrow. Good luck eveeryone
