I have been using the blood group diet, and I thought I'd give you all the Web site incase anyone is interested in having a look.

And foods that are toxic to your body.
I felt better by the end of the first week, and started to loose weight by just changing the few things it advised that I shouldn't eat. Which being as I have mobility problems it is difficult for me to exercise.
The thing that has made the biggest difference is my psoriasis has nearly all gone off my face and scalp!
I'm blood group O negative and found out I'm wheat and dairy intolerant and it is the flour that was making psoriasis worse.
