Ready steady go its time for round 2 after my fortnights break. Didnt do any damage to my weight during my break

Welcome back-I did wonder if you would undo your efforts-so well done. So what's your plan for round 2??????

Im thinking about adding some exercises as i did no physical activity last time and my working week consists of sitting down all day. Maybe use the gym in the work for 20 mins of walking on the treadmill 3 times a week to start with

I find exercising with someone keeps me motivated. I walk with my sister as often as I can. There are times I don't feel like going out but I still go as I don't like to let her down.

Get used to the tread mill then add in some gentle hills and short periods of slightly increased speed (after you have warmed up 5 - 8 mins in leave 5 mins for a slower paced cool down at the end too.

Ive still not got round to adding any physical activity yet..it feels to much like hard work. im still loseing weight at a steady pace without it and im actually enjoying my food and cooking theses days. im appreciating my eating better now.
