I find i have a problem i swell up if i have standing considerable amount of time or walking. My stomach swells my ankles swell. I have too say i dont drink alot of water but i can put on couple of kgs and it becomes uncomfortable everything goes tight. I have tried to lose weight and just cant. So fed up tried water tablets from health shops no good

I think I would pop to see a doctor. I related my feet swelling all the time to Polycystic ovaries Syndrome for years. It wasn't until I was talking to someone else with it that I realised it wasn't a symptom. Water pills, even the doc's ones didn't work, but they did investigate. Essentially, I have problems with 2 valves in my legs, but I don't worry about it now. It could be a sign of something more serious though and should be checked.
