I have been hypothyroid for about 22 years & am nearly 70years old. Even if I say so I eat healthily always as I love my greens & reds & yellows - yes I love vegetables but no, I am not a vegetarian & I do have protein at every meal. But my weight never fits the statistics for my height & age - so I fall under the overweight line not the obese line. What else can I do? I am a very active daily volunteer & walk walk walk. Any ideas help suggestions?
