Today is weigh in day of my third week doing the 12 week plan along with the C25K. I lost 3lbs on week 1, 3lbs on week 2 and 2lbs on week 3 - 8 lbs in total. I am really pleased and feeling motivated, anyone else had a good result this week?

Well done!
That's the way to do it, nice and gently. You'll probably average out to about 1 to 2 lbs a week once you've settled down which is spot on.
