Just finished week 2 of the 12 week plan and today started week 3 of couch to 5 k never thought I would manage week 3 of c25k but I did day one this morning at 6am, each week I never think I will manage the following weeks schedule but so far I have managed to keep up! So results for weight loss
Starting weight 13 St 7lbs
Week one lost 3lbs weight 13st 4lbs
Week two lost 2lbs weight today 13st 2lbs
I'm Sure the running will become easier when I have shedded some more weight!
