Ok confused to what's going on

Hi ladies I've been on my period now for 6 days and this morning I did have brown blood and same again this afternoon and I've just been to the toilet and wiped to see pinky blood when I wiped .... what does this mean?!?! 😳 have I come back on my period or is it still on an ending stream 🤔 I just don't get it as I've still have nothing on my pad all day again same as yesterday!!

I did take tranexamic acid last week for 3 days and ending them Saturday night and haven't taken them since ..... I'm so confused and getting annoyed I thought it was ending tbh but now I'm getting this
