Hi, So I'm new here and I was after some advice. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was about 15 (15 years ago!) I have always had irregular periods but this last month I seem to have had 3 periods all one after another. I'm a bit concerned as this hasn't happened before....is this typical of PCOS? I have a new boyfriend and this is becoming very inconvenient!!!
Thank you

This can be normal if you have pcos..... one min they can be normal then they can be all over the place.
I have got pcos and my period started at the start of lockdown and finally finished the start of june I ended up ringing my gp to get something to help me stop... maybe you could ring your gp and have a chat with them about and see what they suggest x
My advise is take control with some supplements: insoltol and other pcos specific supplements check out pintrest its a tresure trove of information search pcos diet abd supplements, they may help regulating your hormones you should also be able to regulate your period. Also diet is extremely important switch to gluten lacto free high in protein and heathy fats. Maybe add in a b12 supplement too as pcos sufferes have a lower b12 normally... if its seriously still not regulating then I suggest going on the pill to regulate your cycle.. unless you want to try for a baby then it gets super tough
