Advice Please

over the past two months ive had pains about once a week like really bad period pains they have made to need to go to the toilet to try and relieve them, they are only there first thing in a morning and once im up and about they dissapear, usually two paracetamol helps...i do suffer with pcos but i was wondering if this was related to that or more like ibs ??

Sounds like IBS, or my experience of it. Worth keeping a food and symptom diary. You can react to food 24-48 hours after eating it so it might not always be immediately obvious what you’re reacting to.
