I am looking for some advice to induce a bleed. I have currently not had one for 4months and previous to that I could only have one when prescribed Norethisterone. Unfortunately health professionals will no longer issue me this as no one wants to take responsibility for my care :-(. Me and my Husband have been trying to conceive for 15months now and just keep hitting a brick wall when we reach out to professionals for help.
I have a BMI of 22, I eat all the 'right' things, exercise and follow every bit of guidance I can find but I just cannot seem to menstruate naturally or produce any hormones. It is really affecting me and I am slowly losing all hope.
Thank you for taking the time to read and any advice you can give.

Hi I'm in the same boat. Have you heard of vitex? and also they say eating parsley with your dinners is meant to help. As both of these things are natural, they can take up to 3 months to work. Vitex you don't use longer than 3 months according to my herbalist x
Morning, thank you very much for getting back to me :-). I have just had a look in to vitex and it is something I will try, thank you for the recommendation. Sending you lots of luck and best wishes, I hope everything falls in to place for you xx
Are you based in London? My Ova plus supplements you can find on Amazon, there are lots of positive reviews and people got their periods back. It’s not my case as I get my period regularly, but I don’t ovulate so I’m taking these supplements too. Also, if you are based in London I can recommend an acupuncturist who helped my friend get regular periods again.
Thank you for reaching out to me :-). Unfortunately I am not based in London. I'm near Leicester. I will take a look at the Ova plus supplements. What is your amazon username please, so that I know I am buying from the right person if I decide to purchase them.
