I have PCOS and I have been on the pill for 2.5 yrs. I came off the pill last Oct due to high blood pressure and weight gain. I kept having a period but now my periods have stopped since Feb. Is this normal?
Any ideas how to get my period back? Sex is not an option - I'm single and there's a lockdown! I have been doing some light exercise mainly walking in the garden at the moment due to high blood pressure.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Mine vanished for three months. Then cane back, had a 37 day cycle then got pregnant. I did nothing at all different I’m sorry to say. They just turned up when they fancied ☹️
It seems a little strange to go from a Consistant period to none at all but I'd honestly say if it doesn't feel normal for you speak to a nurse/gp.
Ive been on/off the pill since my early teens to 'fix it' ( been like a love hate relationship for me) and every single time I've only ever had periods whilst on the pill never when I'm off it. Except this last time where I haven't & I've literally only just found out that what I thought was normal is actually pretty unusual but then after speaking to nurse and some observations etc didn't worry as much because that was 'normal' for me.
Unusual periods/none at all is unfortunately something most have to deal with with pcos but that doesn't mean you should just writeit off as nothing, ring up your gp and ask for call back because you want some advice, and go from there.
