PCOS is a tough condition to manage as there is no one size fits all with treatment and management. Unfortunately, that leaves us open to lots of sources, products and information; not all of it accurate or trustworthy.
Below are a few resources that are medically verified and a good place to start - this list will be updated as and when new resources come through.
The Verity website

NICE Guidelines
NICE produce advisory guidelines for medical practitioners in the NHS. They are a good resource of what is considered best practice in the UK, they can be medically technical but can be useful in framing conversations with GPs and other medical practitioners.

The International Guidelines for PCOS
These guidelines are the first of their kind. Published in 2018 they gathered together many different research studies, medical practitioners and patient organisations to produce an internationally advised way of diagnosing, treating and managing PCOS. Again they can be quite medically technical in places but are a great source of in depth knowledge.
