Hey, I’m the same. I’ve had it since I was about 14. I have tried laser the ‘Alexandrite Laser hair removal.’ Its sore, but I felt like it worked for me in my 12 sessions I had. That was last year, it lasted a good while but now I’m shaving every 1-2 days, like yourself.

I would enquire about that laser hair removal if you haven’t had it already. It might actually help. Sadly I can’t really think of anything to slow the growth down. I think it’s just trial and error and trying to get the PCOS under control somehow.

Hope this helps and wish you luck!

Was it laser or ipl? The average laser sessions for pcos is 15 and then you need to maintain it as it is a hormonal imbalance. I had mine done about 10 years ago now and nothing for the last 3 years and need a top up (had 22 sessions in total over the last 10 years). I am dark haired and mid skin tone, any blond ones need to be done with electrolysis as laser works best on dark hair
