Anyone got any tips after newly being diagnosed? They don't offer any treatment due to me being overweight so other than losing weight, can anyone recommend anything else to help?

Low carb, low sugar diet helps. You’ll need at least 300 calories less than the next in addition to the calorie deficit to loose weight. Myo-inositol is worth a look too
Thank you! I have heard about myo-inositol, have you had much luck with it working? We've been trying to conceive for 2 and a half years now, had loads of tests etc and they've only just been able to confirm PCOS.
