PCOS Rapid Weight Gain (newbie)

Hi all, I have been for blood tests and an ultra sound this week and my doctor thinks it is PCOS. I have gained around 3 stone in just under 18 months, with no changes to my diet or lifestyle. I am only 19 so i want to lose weight now whilst its easier too.

Does anyone have any recommendations to help with weight loss? What foods to cut out or supplements that help?

Thanks so much :)

If you are on Facebook, then look at the PCOS Diet Support & 30 day Challenge as it has been really quite interesting. I only lost 6lb in the challenge but two inches off my waist and two off my belly button. She also has a website called smartfertility or something similar. Found it really interesting.

The combined pill can help with losing weight which is what I am on
