Endocrinologist....

Hi!

Has any one Sean a Endocrinologist privately? I’m currently having symptoms that point to my hormones according to my gynaecologist.

I’m being tested for hyperactive thyroid with my GP as struggling to put weight on, having horrendous night sweats and getting palpitations. However I want a plan B if nothing comes out of it. Because something is defiantly not right ...

Does anyone have any good recommendations for the Nottingham area? Is so could you private message me.

Hi, we paid for my daughter, 13 to see an endocrinologist privately. It cost £160 but money well spent.

We are waiting for hormone blood results, it's been almost three weeks since bloods were taken. I'm not sure it should be taking this long & plan to chase for results on Monday.

Is there a private hospital locally? You can ring them directly & make an appointment with an endocrinologist. You don't need a referral or letter from your GP. We used Nuffield Health, they are Nationwide & have a hospital in Nottingham.
