Diet pcos
I am 50 this year and the only diet that worked for me was theanswertopcos diet - I did it about 10 years ago and lost 3 stone and have pretty much maintained it since. I had tried loads of others inc Rosemary Connerly and weight watchers.
I am also still on the combined pill which keeps the hair at bay and for me makes it easier to lose weight too.
Nothing has changed since I was diagnosed 30 years ago sadly and they still think of it as a fertility issue but there are long term consequences as we have a higher risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Thanks for all that great information. I am 41 and it's hard to get wisdom from older ladies because we don't know who has it.
I know, you could well also be starting the early stages of the menopause, I have found it a bit more difficult to lose my holiday weight from Easter, it's almost like I hit 50 and that's it lol.
