PCOS PAIN: Hi, i have recently been... - PCOS UK (Verity)
PCOS PAIN
I get this. I had to take paracetamol to help ease the pain. Sometimes I cannot even walk on left leg during the time im suppose to ovulate. I only have Pcos on my left ovary by the ultrasound which was done today.
I've been diagnosed since end of August, start of September. And the pain I get is so pad. Doctors prescribed codine and sometimes that doesn't even work. It's honestly shit.
Ladies,
May i know your pain during ovulation or constant pain? Lower abdomen is it?
I’ve diagnosed for PCOS too, and also the pain, I asked my Dr about the pain, but he said PCOS shouldn’t cause pain! Mmmm
Well I think that's not true. My pains are only on my left ovary side (which was confirmed yesterday I only have PCOS left ovary by scan) the time when I'm suppose to be ovulating I get a dull pulling thobbing pain, something that quiet hard to describe. 2 months ago I couldn't walk on my left leg as the pressure hurt. It felt like something was trying to burst. Also I had a 5 hour fever once when i had a strong postive OPK. I guess my body tried to ovulate but couldnt.
That's false as I rang my doctors and they told me that I can suffer from pain but also read up and your ovary can cause pain as it has pressure on with the cysts. But honestly when my lady pays a visit you know it doubles in pain. It's very excruciating.
Thanks ladies i will ask more from my Dr
