Advice on black cohosh

Wondering if anyone has tried black cohosh to promote ovulation /pregnancy either with or without clomid.

I'm hoping to start clomid in a months time but will black cohosh do me any harm /good in trying it this month? I know not to take it after ovulation because its harmful to pregnancy but have read good things about it!

Ps I know a month doesn't seem very long but we got referred for fertility treatment in December so it feels like a long time coming!

I personally wouldnt take it at the same time as clomid if you havent previously.
