I've started getting irregular periods from the start of this year. My periods are now usually a month and a half later.. less or more. Just today I was straining for a bowel movement that I started my period weirdly. My whole abdomen is swollen-my right side is more bigger than the other half-. In February, I was sent to a breast clinic to check whether I had a malignant lump in my breast but it was just really dense tissue. Since the past week I've been short of breath, my belly looks bigger, I have random pains all over my body and irregular period. I also have bowel movement problems- constipated, gassy.

The bloating could be IBS rather than PCOS, I would make an appointment with your GP to have it investigated.
