Hi all,

Any thoughts on supplements such as zinc, Berberine and Inositol? I've been advised to have another attempt on clomid for fertility but I'm concerned about the reduction of Cervical Fluid. I've seen that there's 15mg of Zinc in my pre conception vitamin but perhaps I should consider going on a higher dose. I'm just trying to give myself the best shot of it working before returning back to IVF. Thanks.

I heard evening primrose supplements are good for your cervical mucus so that’s what I’m going to try but I’m on my first round of clomid x

Ah- good tip to know about the IVF meds as they can be so expensive!

Yeh I think I may try the Evening Primrose too when I start on the clomid-- hope it works for you x
