Just wondering if anyone has tried inofolic? It’s had quiet a few good reports of pregnancies but wondering if anyone has had a personal experience with it?
I’m interested in buying it but it’s a lot of money to waste if it doesn’t actually work.

If you look at the Verity website it has some interesting things about inofolic (all good)
Obviously it is praising itself but thought it looked good, I could do with an extra help on the weight loss side at the mo....
Quite pricey tho so not surprised you want to hear real success stories ...
Thank you for that.. I’ll start saving the pennies haha
Hi I'm using it. I went to see nhs gynocologist on my first referral to try to get pregnant
The dr recommended it which I was surprised at since it's not medicine as such
She had said if nhs cud prescribe it they would. Anyway I bought it I've been taking it for maybe 5 months. She also prescribed me letrozole to make me regular and ovulate. On my second month of letrozole I fell pregnant I had probably been taking inifolic for 3-4 months by that point . Would probably credit the letrozole to the pregnancy. As I was taking both I'm just going to continue with inifolic as I don't know if it helped or not.
It is expensive. There is another one called veridian that I had found and used.beofre dr recommended that it reads like it has the same ingredients and is cheaper so u could try that.
I just went for inofolic as I thought if a gyno is.recommding it and generally they are all about medicine then I should give it a go.
Hope this helps xx
That’s amazing.. thank you so much xx
I've been taking it for about 8 weeks. It was recommend by the fertility nurse as it doesn't have the side effects of metformin. I had my period in September but nothing last month. Having said that it needs to be taken for at least 3 months for benefits to show. Will let you know if it works!
Sadly its not funded by the nhs as its technically a food supplement. I tried to think of it as less than £1 a day: cutting out my 3 takeaway coffees a week pays for the cost.
If you look for it as myo-inositol it is much cheaper - I have just bought a powder form so will let you know if it helps at all (not TTC tho!)
You need to be taking it for atleast 6 months to see all benefits from it. It doesn't just work over night. And be careful buying cheaper stuff off Amazon ect as some women have been made very ill from it. If you have Facebook join a group called pcos tribe. Lots of very useful information on there regarding Myo inositol and the benefits from it x
