Brown discharge for 3 weeks.

I have PCOS so I never really know when I'm about to have a period but Ive been having Brown and red discharge for around 3 weeks, no pelvic pain but enough to change my liner a couple of times a day. Im on the combined pill and have been for 4 years. My diet has been a little crappy over the past few weeks, could that have anything to do with it? Got a doc app Tuesday for blood tests but more fed up than worried.

Any advice would be great!

Diet can play a part (and weight gain) but if you are on the combined pill I would have thought it should stay pretty stable generally.

Do you take the 7 day break each month - I tend to take 2-3 months on the trot, as long as you have 4 periods a year its fine, as it keeps the symptoms further at bay.
