Hi all. I'm hoping for a bit of luck

I had my hsg test done the 8th of July had a small bleed for that day only. On the Saturday I had sexual activity and afterwards I started bleeding. It was like having a light period.. I had to take provera to get me to have a bleed before having the test.. after a week of the test last Friday I went to the doctors and he prescribed me with tranexamic acid *2 3times per day* for 4days only..i was meant to have an appointment today but it had stopped before so I cancelled. He also sent me for more blood test.. went shopping and came back to blood on the pad Now it's like spotting with a very strung fishy smell ( sorry I no it's disgusting) I have booked in with my doctor tomorrow but it's getting me very down now and worried.. hoping someone can give me a bit more advice before seing my doctor x
